        About the Founder

Ali Kaddoura, Founder of Yalla Sales Ali Kaddoura

        Ali Kaddoura

        Founder, Yalla Sales

"Sales is part strategy, part psychology, and part survival skills."

Yalla Sales started as a simple idea: enterprise selling in MENA has its own situations, characters and unwritten rules — and most global sales content doesn't quite translate. So Ali built a comic universe around a single recurring Mentor to explore both sides of the job: the customer-facing craft (Yalla Sales, Mondays) and the internal chaos of sales life (Behind the Quota, Fridays).

The ambition: build a community around better selling in MENA, and make sales content a little less boring along the way. Outside of Yalla Sales, Ali is a dad of three boys, a tech enthusiast, and a committed coffee lover who genuinely believes sales is a craft that deserves respect.

        Yalla. Go sell.

        The Interview

        Short answers. Real talk.

        Q1. Another sales page. Seriously?
Not quite. There's plenty of great sales content out there. But selling enterprise technology in MENA has its own situations, characters and unwritten rules.
Q2. So what makes selling in MENA different?
Relationships matter. Context matters. Trust matters. And the buying process rarely looks as clean as the methodology slide says it should.
Q3. Is Yalla Sales supposed to be training?
No. Think of it as the conversation salespeople have after the training. 😎
        Q4. Why the comics?
Because salespeople have read enough PowerPoints.
        Q5. And Behind the Quota?
That's where we say the quiet part out loud.
Q6. Who should follow Yalla Sales?
Sellers, sales leaders, presales, channel teams and anyone building B2B business in MENA — especially those who occasionally leave a forecast call wondering what just happened. 🤔
        Q7. What should followers expect?
Real situations. Practical ideas. MENA context. No motivational fluff. And occasionally… Habibi, FREEZE! ✋
        Q8. What's the ambition?
Build a community around better selling in MENA — and hopefully make sales content a little less boring along the way.
Q9. Who are you outside of Yalla Sales?
A dad of three boys, tech enthusiast, coffee lover, and someone who genuinely believes sales is a craft that deserves respect.
        Q10. Last word?
"Sales is part strategy, part psychology, and part survival skills." Follow Yalla Sales. Yalla. Go sell. 😎
